Large oceanside covered porch to watch the sun rise in the morning with your cup of coffee or set in the afternoon with your cold glass of ice tea. Comfortable décor is sure to please. Additional amenities include: enclosed outside shower, 2 covered porches, porch rockers, 6 HDTVs, DVD players, CD player & stereo, and a park grill. Washer and dryer are in a room on the ground level. No phone. Convenient to restaurants & shops. Located near beach access and next door to Holden Beach Vacations. Google Map feature is inaccurate. 4 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Sleeps 11. BR#1- 1 Queen, shared bath with BR#2,BR#2- 1 Queen with 1 set of bunks, shared bath with BR#1,BR#3- 1 Queen, shared bath with BR#4,BR#4- 1 Queen and 1 Single, shared bath with BR#3. 1 Full Futon in living room. Great house!
We really enjoyed this house. It had everything we needed. We were initially concerned about the location right at the intersection at the bottom of the bridge, but we didn't really notice the traffic. We loved being able to walk to the coffee shop, Bridgeview Park, the free Sunday concert, ice cream and restaurants. There is also a second fridge in the downstairs room which was helpful. A Perfect Place
A perfect place for our two couple group. We really appreciate the new wooden rocking chairs. All the other furniture and mattresses very nice. Family Chillcation
This was the perfect house for our 1st annual family chillcation. So relaxing and peaceful. The kids loved the beach which was perfect for playing and collecting shells. Song of the Sea
We have been coming to Holden Beach for 40 plus years. We highly recommend Holden Beach Vacation. The staff is very helpful and the rates are reasonable. We have used all of the rental company here and we have stuck using Holden Beach Rentals formerly Brunswickland for the last 10 years because of their service and the homes they offer.
