This townhouse style, two-level floor plan offers handicap ramp and handicap friendly downstairs bath (property is not ADA approved/certified). Amenities include: outside shower, large oceanfront sundeck, sun deck/bench on the dunes, porch rockers, 200 channel cable package with Roku capability in the open living area and HDTVs in the bedrooms, wireless internet. The fully-equipped kitchen offers new appliances, cooking essentials including a Keurig, bread machine, and seating for six at the dining table plus an additional six along the bar. There's a grill located in the lawn next to the West side unit.3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths. Sleeps six comfortably, 10 maximum.Bedroom 1 - King (upstairs with shared hall bath)Bedroom 2 - two doubles (upstairs with shared hall bath)Bedroom 3 - two doubles (main level with private bath).No pets.
